Axillary Breast Removal
Many women are concerned about a prominent or saggy armpit mound, often accentuated by the sleeveless dress they wear. These armpit lumps are thought to be caused by accessory breast tissue remnants along with a build-up of armpit derma fat. These often preempt them from wearing sleeveless clothing. This condition is also commonly known as Prominent axillary mound, Armpit fat and Armpit lump.

Procedure
- Anaesthesia: General
- Duration of the procedure: 1 hour per side
- Incision: In the armpit skin crease where there will be barely any sign of any mark left behind
Inpatient/Outpatient Procedure
This procedure is usually done as a day case which means the patient gets to go home on the same day.
- Over the first few weeks, the post-surgical swelling settles and the excess skin shrinks. The incision lines also fade.
- Often possible to return to work within just a couple of weeks, depending on the job.
- Can resume most of the normal activities, including some form of mild exercise, after 3 weeks.
- No heavy weight lifting for 3–4 weeks.
The results are immediately visible. The benefit is permanent.
