Tummy Tuck
The tummy tuck is the second most popular and major cosmetic surgery procedure, after liposuction, done at AESTHETIQUE. Procedure
- Anaesthesia: Spinal or General

Inpatient/Outpatient Procedure
It is an inpatient procedure. The patient will be required to stay for 2 to 3 days.
- Depends on the problem to be treated, surgical technique(s), and other factors. It can take about 3-4 weeks.
- Initially, there may be bruising and discomfort.
- You will have to wear a supportive abdominal binder or compression garment. This minimizes swelling/bruising and supports the repaired tissues.
- All stitches are self-absorbing and buried under the skin, so no removal is needed.
- 1st week- Minimal activity
- 2nd week- Out and about indoors
- 3rd week- All home activities and outdoor walks can travel, no weight lifting
- 4th week- Back to work, can start a gym
- Full recovery takes 3–6 months, with further fading of scars thereafter
