Dr. Leena’s skills are invaluable for AESTHETIQUE. Be it for fitness, post-surgery rehab, post-trauma rehab, or specific problems. She has over 16 years of experience as a practising physiotherapist and is our visiting specialist since its inception. She has served in academic positions at SSG Hospital and Parul University as a postgraduate guide. Her clinical specialisations include more focused work in the evaluation and management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders and rehabilitation after reconstructive surgeries, be they hand, leg or torso. Over the years, she has participated in various workshops on topics ranging from overall health management to the most modern trends and topics in rehabilitation like pilates, dry needling, Kinesio taping, and fascial work. She has also organised multiple successful workshops on stress management, as well as topics related to physiotherapy like back rehabilitation using various manual therapy techniques. This experience gives her a unique breadth of knowledge in treating our patients in a more holistic way. She has also written articles in Femina magazine highlighting her tips on weight management and a healthy lifestyle and through her regular awareness sessions, she continues to inspire more to live consciously in the coming times.
